how do you get commands such as "bank" and "i wish to lock this down" to work while using krrios?

also... pet commands don't work... nor can you change pet names. I ban thee, etc...they all don't work...is there something special i have to do?

Those commands work fine, those commands are parsed by the RunUO Server, nothing to do with the client.

Make sure that encode speech is true - i have the same problem on WinME.
