Problem when i log in - RunUO

Ok i log into the server and i have NOTHING. No hair no backpack no clothes no nothing. this has happend a few time but thi time I can't get it to work right now. So is this a bug or what?

Never had it happen here. Are you fully patched? Any custom muls?

I have had this bug also, what i found was that when you change maps (facets) this problem fixes itself, but everytime you login you do not want to have to gate to another facet. I re-installed the client and the problem was fixed instantly.

Hmm well yes it works BUT... some shards don't have dif facets... and yes i'm fully updated and no no custom .muls.... someone help???
