I'm guessing you are missing the directX Managed runtimes - search in the forum for it.

I tried to reinstall but it appeared a message saying that directx already was installed.
Then I made what wise person if exists another way for making indicates here so that all can know.
I not work with windows the much time change to linux but as uo better wheel in windows...

Também estou tendo o mesmo problema... Já reinstalei o directx mas dá no mesmo. dtx9.0c
I have the same problem ever reinstaled the directx and didnt work
