Problems with Beta 11 - RunUO

I have a couple of problems with Beta 11.

For one, my circle of transparency doesn't work, I can turn it on and off, but it doesn't do anything.

Terrain Grid doesn't work.

When I cast recall on a runestone when I first log in, it works fine. However when I try to after I move, it says "The EasyUO object has been blocked".

I am playing on the rebirth shard.

To me it doesnt work even when i installed DX managed libraries (well im not sure was it nstalled coz when status bar got full of green shit it exited)
