Help with Targets - RunUO

I started using Krrios client and am having trouble targeting. I cannot get a targets while running. I should not say I cannot get targets, because I can use the target macros, however it does not always choose the right one to hit. I was wondering if there was any way to cycle through targets on screen until you get the right one (Like TargetNext macro in UO, except only cycling through player characters).

I don't think there is currently a TargetNext macro the like OSI client has. I was working on a plugin that would work like that, but I haven't had much free time lately.
