problem starting krrios' client - RunUO

when i click on the client button it says

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled

Process id=0xdb4 (3508), Thread id=0xc20 (3104)

Click OK to terminate the application
Click CANCEL to debug the application

is there any way anyone can help me with this i really want to use krrios' client
