Pathfinding/Criminal Queue - RunUO

is there anyway to turn off pathfinding and that annoying message when attacking a blue that makes you click ok making sure you know you will go criminal?

also,is there anyway so that i can push tab once to toggle war mode on / off? right now i have to hold it down for it to stay on
