Error when runnin playuo - RunUO

Now, I thought I installed all the runtime and whatever else I needed but I keep getting this error message.

You have the 1.1 .NET Framework, anything else besides 1.1 will not work.

anyway, I thought I remembered the ability to change the game-screen size by dragging, can you still do that?

I doubt it, since their is a setup application.

In figuring it out could you not post what you did wrong and what actions you took to correct it? The solution?

Might prove helpful to others in the future..
