Sell Agent function on Sphere based shards?

Hello,this is my first post.I do search about this problem but i didn t find anything.
On sphere based shards,when you use razor-sell agent it says"you re selling too fast" and nothing happen.
It shows only the price of item.

Any possibility to get some sort of timer to put on the sell agent? Or make it sell one item
every x milleseconds instead of all at once?

I'm seeing a LOT more SphereServer shards using Razor all the time, and all of them are
having this problem as they upgrade thier servers.

im no expert but that sounds like it might have more to do with the servers "economy" settings and less to do with razor, just throwin that out there
