CAnt start Razor - RunUO

Operating System: Win Xp professional
Razor Version: 0.1.1
Emulator Logging Into:?
Client Version:2.0.3

Brief problem Description:when im trying to start razor an error comes up
saying
-coudent ignitiate the program
(0x0000135) click ok to exit program.

annyone know whats the problem?

Thats too old client version.
You need at least 4.0.0

where can i downlaod 4.0.0?

Update your client as you normally would. Log onto the OSI srvers and it will update automatically.

Also make sure you have the .NET framework.
