Maybe I'm just missing an obvious option, so if it's right in front of my face and I'm blind, please feel free to slap me like the idiot I am.

Otherwise:

Is there a way to point Razor to an executable other than the one in the default UO directory? No matter what I do, it seems to find that one other than the special one that I use for the shard I play on.

Your definately not an idiot. :) I was wondering the same thing when Razor first came out. You can find the answer in the following thread...

It explains how to setup UO with use of Razor. I hope this helps. :)
