Razor.Exe Application Error - RunUO

Hey,

When i try to run razor with and without uogateway i get this error:

The application failed to initialize proplery (0xc0000135).

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Reinstall the 1.1 .NET Framework.

I got the same(sorta) issue. When i start it up without any uog windows open it it opens OSI...thats not the big deal. Now when i have a UOG Client open and try to run it it give me a error that says it cant find uownd or something liek that and exits out

it opens to osi because thats what you login.cfg has in it
