i went to start rrazor an got a error saying i was missing mscoree.dll, how can i fix this?

Grab the Microsoft .NET framework.

Ok So i Dl'd the 23 mb .NET framework file an when i went to run it it says a requruired resource is missing. any suggestions on how to fix this? Any help will be apprecieated. Thanx in advance.

Very odd no error #.
operating system win 98se
when run dotnetfx it says a required resourse is missing, but doesnt say what it is.

Seems to be an issue with your windows. I promise you that you can use the 1.1 .NET Framework on 98, I suggest you update your OS with all the suggested updates.
