Reg or any custom counter not working

Emulator Logging Into: RunUO Beta 33
Client Version: 4.0.0p
Brief problem Description:
Reg or any custom counter not working and when i try use dress option to arm weapon i get message 'item must be in your backpack in order to use'. This don't happen always neither, but i also noticed that i get message 'must wait to perform action' when i start client with razor and my client dont open paperdoll like it normally would at start and just open backpack.[/b]

I seccond that.

I run on almost the same specs as above, but use beta 34.

I canot get any counter to work, and yes, i have turned them on, and tried everything i can think of.
