its an agent on uoa it auto smelts everything in a bag also unravels cloth and cuts up leather items.

I'm not sure about how the cloth stuff works, but in reguards to smelting its not really possible for Razor to do this (due to some RunUO security features, and due to keeping cross-emu support)
