I can't start Razor(Last Version)
There is a problem : "Failed to load resources from resource file. Please check your setup."
I tried it ten times Help Pls.

if a program comes up with failing to set/load resources while installing it could be that the language is set incorrectly on the system

that's all I have for ya, that what the problem is when I get a similar error when installing my companies software on some customers machine

sorry

meaning if the program was written in english and maybe only a handfull of other languages, your system may be using an unsupported one
