crash crash crash - RunUO

After many many reinstallations we have figured out what is causing the problem...

My wife and I, on two differnt machines install uo and run it using UOGateway. Everything works fine. We then shut it all down. start with razor, razor starts with splash screen. then we get the client.exe error. now there is no way to start it without a reinstall.

We both using 2d on ABC shard. razor 16b.

ppllllllleeeeaaaassseeee help us.

Are you letting UO update all the way with OSI? You do not need an OSI account to get all the patches.

Yeah, I got all the patches.

Actually, game still crashed every 5 - 10 mintues or so even without using razor. But i know razor is an issue, cause as soon as i use razor, the game never even loads up again.

Tomorrow, maybe, im going to blow away the machine and see what i can do with a clean slate.

Check with the shard Dev team to see if there are any Downloads the shard requires to play there. UoG may be set up to DL them and apply them, and your not using them when logging in thru Razor.

well when you start razor... cancel all displays in your window (like reags and bandies)
then try to start it again... it worked for me
