Bug: Gains Counter - RunUO

Right now, as of Beta 16, when you gain, instead of counting like +0.1 for every gain, it adds it up so that you get that It has gained +0.5, when u only gained +0.1, but it's you 5th gain. I dunno if this is a bug or how it's suppose to be.

This is a Fix for the way it did it before. The release notes covers this issue.
