Werid Razor problem

i have had this problem since i bought the laptop i'm useing


i install razor and get a client encryption error all the time

if the pc is restarted then i try to run razor i get not a valid win 32 app error

i have .net installed and windows is pathced all the way up

i have a p4 2.8 ghz 512 ram 64 meg ati graphics card win xp home edition

please don't give me shitty answers because i do have enough experenice to download what is need to run it and play the game it just don't seem to work on my laptop.

on my pc it seems to work fine
