Custom Data Path bug - RunUO

Using beta 17, if you try to specify a custom data path, Razor will not properly modify the login.cfg in that path.

I confirmed this when I was using Razor to launch the new SE client. I pointed the data path to my SE install and the client.exe to the same directory. I put in a server name into the server name box, and attempted to login. Once login failed, I checked my login.cfg of the SE install and it was still pointing to the OSI servers. I checked my AOS 2D login.cfg and found that it contained the server ip and port i was trying to connect to with the OSI server addresses commented out.
