Record a macro that has you using the axe and then selecting a target.

There are many different ways you can use Razor to do it.

Under the macros tab, client "New," give the macro a name. Click the new macro you make, then to the right click record. Then double-click your axe, and target a tree.

You'd probably be better off using EasyUO for chopping trees as Razor can either do targeting by type or a certin item, such as a single tree. You could always change the macro to target by type but with the 4-5 different types of trees, I don't think that would work out to well.
