Razor severe error

Ive seen this problem on the forums already but no one has really given an answer to our problem and here it is: When i try to start razor I get this error

"application has generated an exception that could not be handled Process ID=0xfffa2deb (-381461),
Thread ID=oxfffa812b (-360149) Click ok to terminate the application click cancel to debug the application"

Ive downloaded net.framework 1.1 and the service pack still I get this same error it said something about A problem is mscoree.dll And that i should replace it i replaced it only to get the application error so How am i going to fix this? thanks in advance for any advice given

If you don't have the framework installed, You can't use Razor.

The error you got, proves you don't have it installed.

Crow1:That problem is caused because you dont have .Net Framework installed.
You can find .Net Framework in this url;

I Reinstalled net.framework multiple times but ill uninstall it and try a fresh install see if that works

OK I Unintstalled net.framework 1.1 from add/remove programs and then I did a clean install and that seems to fix the issue.
