razzor error on statup - RunUO

hi i have a problem i installed net framework this version which i must have and after this
i installed razzor but
now the problem if i start razzor there came a error

CLR error: 800004005.
The Programm will now terminate

I am Using Windows xp

cane someone say me what ia hve to do now :_/

Which version of the .NET Framework did you install?

For Razor to work correctly you MUST install .NET Framework 1.1

dont know whats wrong so :-/

uninstall it and reinstall the .NET Framework 1.1
