Save settings Problem - RunUO

Whenever I go to uo gateway and go to settings and select yes for razor, I click save settings and it goes back to no... Anyone else have this problem? And another thing is I havent been able to patch SE, whenever I load the patcher it performs an ilegal operation has anyone ever had a problem with this too?

not entirely, i checked my add/remove program and razor didnt show up, i think its not installing properly and isnt getting registered into my computer...
