Stuck at Verifying - RunUO

I am trying to get on the UO Hybrid Shard. I run Razor and have the ip and port entered correctly, but when I start up, it just sits at 'Verifying account.' It does this even if I try and run Razor through UO gateway. Any thoughts?

Is your client fully patched?
Is the shard up?

Have you made sure that "Patch client encryption" is ticked?

Patch your client and it will work.
