I just read that article to use Ultima Online under linux:

He says to install it using wine.

Can Razor be installed in the same way?

If you can install the .NET Framework then yes, otherwise no.

I'm fairly certain it wont. I believe Zippy explained that Razor's method into the client stream is something that doesn't work for the Linux OS. Assuming I'm wrong on this part, I'd still say no because Mono has issues with the Windows.Forms classes.

No, it fails during install on Wine, I've tried it.
