Second/Multiple Razor instances won't execute - RunUO

I started Razor, chose "Use OSI Encryption", logged into my account > shard > character.

I started Razor again, chose "Patch Client Encryption" selected my RunUO server from teh drop down list, hit OK, and i got a No_PID error or something as the Razor splash screen was loaded.

I encountered this same error, when I logged into my RunUO server first, then OSI.
