Maybe a cookie issue and the "I agree" is not getting stored?

Not Found
The requested URL /Razor/RazorB28_Inst.exe was not found on this server.
But if you get to the download via the normal method of navigating to the license page it works fine.

Also when I said the linked worked, I meant going through the license agreemnt clearly.

Anyone who provides a link to Razor and RunUO without going through the license agreemtn should be shot.

Blech, I finally uninstalled Norton's ISS 2005 about 2 months ago. Even aftering giving permissions to websites/etc I still had to fight it now and then to allow something. So I removed it, installed a free virus checker, switched to Firefox with adblock extentions, and turned XP's built-in firewall on. So far I've not had any problems with the exception of a few websites that don't like FF, but I'll live with it.

It was time to renew too, so gave me the incentive to try something else then to keep sending them $20.

Only reason I treid it that came with the motherboard and 90 days trail. Banned the kids from pron sites etc sound cool but there still very young and mostly get on cartoon network so no worries on that for now. As far as a firewall I went back to zone alarm. They have a free version that rocks and never had a website promblem with it on.
