Need help running razor - RunUO

I'm trying to play uo but i'm having a few difficulties. I downloaded uogateway and runuo razor thing, but once i double click the razor icon and press okay it comes up with a 'No CliLoc, Razor was unable to locate and load a suitable UO cliloc file. Some text may not be displayed.' Then it says 'Could not start client, Razor.exe/UOG.dll: Unable to find the client specified. TwoD: "-null-"'. I don't know if I'm supposed to download something else or modify the settings on the razor window =/ i'm completely confused

Reinstall UO and patch it fully.

Ok,
I reinstalled uo three times. Same with razor. I have .net 2.0

Everytime I try to get in through razor a message pops up that says:

Unable to find the client specified.
TwoD: "C:\Program Files\EA Games\Ultima Online Mondain's Legacy\client.exe"

I have been trying to play all day.

Please someone help me fix this problem.
The client is there.

I have the SAME EXACT problem
NOTHING WILL WORK. NOONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX IT!!!
Please Help!

Razor requires .Net 1.1.... You can download it from HERE.

You MUST install .Net 1.1, even if you already have 2.0 installed (but you do NOT need to uninstall 2.0, they can run side-by-side).
