Packet Video doesn't record 2nd level of castle correctly

I am trying to record a walkthrough of my castle for posterity as I'll be quitting my shard very soon. However, when I try to play back the video, it seems to only recognize the ground level of my castle and shows my character floating around above the floor. It doesn't show the 2nd level of the castle. I've attached a zip with 2 of my videos as examples.

Any idea what I might be able to do to get the second level of the castle to show up on the recording?

P.S. btw, this is a GREAT tool- where was Zippy back in the UO glory days of the late 90's?
