Default Suggestion: Timer Hotkey

Add a hotkey to start/stop a new timer.
To use this you would need to place {timer} into the top bar display and set up hotkey for "Start/Stop timer" on the hotkey tab.
Starting the counter would cause it to count up from 0 until you press the key again to stop it. This would allow users to make timers for anything razor doesn't and to use when razors built in timers are unreliable, like when detecting criminal status while red.

That is simple version, but if you wanted to a more complex version could be added called the "timer agent" It would be found on the agent tab.
In the counter agent you could set up new timers to use you would be able to give them the following properties:
-Hotkey: Select wich hotkey to start the timer with.
-Duration: Have a timer stop or start* at a specified duration.
-Countdown*: Used in conjuction with duration. This causes the timer to start at the specified time and count down.
-ID: What you need to place into the top bar display to make the timer show, ie {timer1}
-Toggle true/false: This would determine wether pressing the hotkey when a counter is in progress stop it or resets it.
-Format: The ability to select the time format this would allow long term timers to be handled more efficiently. Putting in "hh:mm:ss" would cause 1 hour 40 minutes and 30 seconds to display as 01:40:30 putting in just "s" would cause 3 minutes to display as 180 (like it currently does with timers) I hope that makes sense...
-System Message true/false/text: This would allow you to set a system message when the timer reaches the end of it's duration ie "You are no longer criminal!" "Protection has worn off!" System messages would be useable without the {id} in the top bar display.
-Start if: This would allow the timer to automaticaly start if a condition you select happens. I would like to see all of the nomal if statements here as well as some new ones like:
---"if cast spell XXX" or "if skill used XXX" that way you could set a timer to automatical start when you cast protection for example.
---"if special move used" for knowing how long you have until you can use the move again.
---"if use item type XXX" all kinds of uses
-Stop if: Same as above, only it stops the timer instead of starting it. Can't think of a use for this yet, but I am sure there is one.

I think I covered everything, but feel free to share any ideas of your own.
