Razor.exe crash (error included) - RunUO

I'm getting a debug error when I try to run Razor. I was useing the version before this latest one and had no problems and after a few months I'm now getting the error listed below. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled the latest version and am still getting the error.

[Window header] Razor.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services

Application has generated and exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0x74 (3444), Thread id=0xd78 (3448)

ClickOK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application.

When clicking Cancle I get:

[Window header] Razor.exe - No debugger found.

Registered JIT debugger is not available. An attemp to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2 (2).

cordbg.exe !a 0xd74

I've included all the information that I have gotten. If there is further info you need please let me know.

I know this may not make any difference but, are you using the latest client? Also, do you have .NET framework 1.1? I don't remember if it's required for Razor or not.

Does it generate a Crash.log?

If so, please paste it's contents.

Yea I have same exact problem with razor i can't use it for this reason...

Click Ok to terminate the application
Click CANCEL to debug the application.

Registered JIT debugger is not available. An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2 (2). Please check computer settings.

cordbg.exe !a 0x4cc

Click on Retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually.
Click on Cancel to abort the JIT debug request.

I have the exact same prolbem, everything is installed, and no crash log

I get this in my system log when I try to launch razor (beta 32)

"Application popup: Razor.exe - Application Error : The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application. "

any clues?
