Razor.exe/UOG.dll problem help please - RunUO

when ever i install razor i get this problem "Razor.exe/UOG.dll: Unable to patch the client's encryption."

It says my client may not be compatible with this version of razor, so I run uo to update it then it says this "Application has failed to start because igrping.dll was no found."
It goes on saying to reinstall the program, I've reinstalled numerous times, and after the first initial start up, I can play it till I turn off my computer. After I turn it back on it gives me this problem? Any help on this guys would be appreciated.

You may be better off posting this in the Razor forum instead of RunUO server support.

and you get the dll missing error when you try to update the client itself from OSI/EA?
