I need help with this macro - RunUO

I´m used to press F1 for Cure - Targetself on PlayUO.
My comp is old and i dont like to reboot each 15 mins to have some good pvp.

I tried to do this on UO macros but its "slower" because i see the target cursor for like 1 sec when holding the F1 key. If i use Razor target queue i cure as fast as possible but im not used to queues and i definitely dont like them.
What can i do? Im 100% sure Razor macro loop isnt "instant" because you cant heal exp eb sync with "if hits >... targetself" having greater heal up" so a macro with razor wouldnt work
I want to use razor but i need to fix this. help please

if you didnt understand me. i want to press F1 key and precast Cure, press it again and targetmyself and if i hold it target my self as fast as possible. not seeing the target cursor

My advice is get used to using Queues.

Do what I do.
Make a hotkey for your spells.
Another one for your targeting.
Set your key repeat delay on your keyboard to as low as possible.
Hold down both your spell and target keys, the spell will go off instantly.
