Razor going crazy. Asking which item to delete. - RunUO

I am running the latest client version, gateway version, and razor version. I do play on a freeshard. For some reason, razor just does things automatically. It won't let me dismount, it keeps trying to use my bag of sending, and it asks me which items I would like to delete and brings up the selection cursor. I've been using razor forever and am unsure of what would cause this.

Could anyone help?

Try to turn off the auto open bags option. I don't remember if that was exactly the name for it or not, but that happens to me if I'm playing a shard where I use a bag of sending.

I flipped through Razor but did not find anything relating to that option. Am I blind?
