Is there a way to turn off the [Current Target] that appears over the targets head? It blocks people speech because it spams it and gets really annoying for me. Thanks in advance.

It should onyl be appearing when you single click the person (to see their name and guild title) so it shouldn't really be "spamming"

It appears when someone comes out of hiding, and I miss what they said because of it. If there is an option to turn it off that would be great.
