Razor Problems... - RunUO

For some reason when i open razor it has this window that pops up that says "Razor .exe - Application Error" and it says The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135), Click on Ok to terminate the application.

Wtf? and razor wont even open because of that, even with uogateway..
anyone have any ideas that could help me?

umh you have your windows update? if not that can be the problem =)

How do i check if i did? how do i do it?

well in you "start" menu you have there a option to go to "windows updates"
just clik there and confirme if you have all updates

I've Downloaded .net framework but it still doesnt work i try to update but it doesnt work either wtf could be the problem? any suggestions?

Possibly you downloaded the incorrect version of the .Net framework? You could look at the documentation for Razor and see what it requires.

im using 1.1, no luck tho.. if i dont get any help soon i plan to wipe my comp and start over
