You can make a looping macro that uses the IF function to heal you when hits are below a particular amount.

Put it to repeat infinitely.
First you press record, then you cast yourself one GHeal, or use a pot, or use bandage, however you want it. Press STOP.
Then in the script, click the first line and press right mouse > Special constructs
Put: life <= 100
The result:

if life <= 100
castspell(greater heal)/use bandage/use pot
target
endif

psmarshal, that way the macro will heal him even with full life, 'cause <= mean "less or EQUAL than x"

He would have to put If life <= Max HP -1
