All commands? - RunUO

Hi everyone, I play UO but not in an OSI shard so I have some problems with macros..
For example when Im recording and I speak it doesn't save it..
I wanted to ask Zippy or some dev to please post all possible commands from razor, so I could script it handly.
For example:
Assistant.Macros.SpeechAction|0|690|3|ENU|2|16|36| Test

All assistant.macros.* if possible.
And These numbers between || is there any way to interpret it? Which are they?

i have had no problem with recording "say" macros in razor - i just start the record method of choice (from new or record from here) and type in the line and hit enter and it is added to the macro - was nice for the one shard i used to play on - need to say commands for the class "spells"

No there isn't a list.... and since macros are not really intended to be edited by hand in a text editor I don't see a lot of point in spending the time to make one.
