Default Two bugs I notice.

#1-If you make a macro to take a step, or move yourself in any way, then stop it, you start skipping around. Like if you run, you'll run like 2 tiles then stop for 1 second, then skip 2 tiles.

#2-Sometimes scavanger agent gets way ahead of itself to the point that if you click & drag anything, it simply disappears and you have to restart UO to fix it. Same thing happens if you make a drag & drop macro.

I don't see any option in scavenger to change any numbers.

#1 - This is a known bug, the client really hates it when Razor does its walking for it and there no real work around as of now. but is known, so no soup for you.

#2 - The other replies told you where to find this number. The best value for this should be ABOUT 500+ping. So if you ping 50 to the shard, 600 will do. Tweak around with it to find an optimum value. This value is perfect when it is as low as possible but you never receive any "You must wait to perform another action" messages or expierence any scavenger/macro problems.
