Razor Bug

Ive never seen this before but i am using razor v.1.0.1
Im running windows xp sp2
the nearly most up to date uo client

now the bug: I created a new character and made a new profile for them. Im trying to add reagents to the restock agent, when I click add target and select a reagent * any reg * the visible part of razor seems to lock up alltho hot keys and razor functions seem to work. I can still cast spells ect, but when i do it says "sever last target and razor last target are different, negot, features." If i select smart always on top * after restarting razor * the restock features work just fine.
