Razor Bug? - RunUO

Bug:

Go to the "Agents" tab in razor. Scroll down to restock. Click "Add(Target)" and select an item(Im using black pearl). After selecting the item, nothing changes in my razor, nothing gets added to the restock list, no gump shows up. When I try to changes tabs in razor, it wont let me. Only way for me to get back to normal is to close razor/uo and restart it.
