Razor Install Error - RunUO

I was trying to install the lasest razor program but I get a NSIS error,does anyone know how I can get a copy downloaded and installed? I even tried to diable my AV to run it but no luck.

I re-downloaded the files again and they installed this time,I guess there was an error in the server;thank you to who ever re-uploaded the files I appreciate it.
