Default razor crash on launch

I must have an sdk of some kind installed because it brings up a stack trace window titled "Unhandled Exception" after it crashes on launch and I click OK to close it. I am running XP home SP2.

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I have 1, 1.1, and 2 installed (they are not mutually exclusive and install alongside each other)
