Targeting bug - RunUO

I randomly get target is out of range or no target matches that description (for random targets) when the person im targeting is clearly on screen(all ranges within 12 tiles) with me. Ive even had the problem when I try to cast on MYSELF. Ill try and do a bit more experimenting to find the issue.

Havent been able to reproduce this, but my friends have experienced this same problem.
