Simple Random Target Question - RunUO

Hey, I just finished creating a 1800-line razor macro, so I would appreciate some assistance on this question so that all my work doesnt go to waste

I understand that the Random Targets such as Target By Type will target other items of the same type around the area.

My question is:

How far away does Razor check for random targets?

Also, if I were on the roof of my house, would items in a chest on any other floors be targetted? Thank you.

Usually anywhere on screen, including other floors of the house.

I believe this includes vendors of other houses as well.

So If I am on an island, in my own 18x18 house, with no shirts in the house, no shirts in bank box (as bank box items seem to always be with you),

and I target by type shirt, there should be no hiccups correct?
