Say something in Party (Macro) - RunUO

I know how to make a macro to say something aloud and say an emote, but razor does not record party chat, does anyone know the correct form of "Assistant.Macros.SpeechAction", that will allow me to send messages to the party? (I've tried changing the number parameters, thats how i got it to send emotes, but so far i haven't been able to send party messages)

Party message do not use normal speech packets so there is no SpeechAction number which will cause the text to be said in party chat. Zippy has said many times he will not allow party messages to be recorded or played back.
