Waipon Special Abilitys

Hello ! Maybe i probably wrong , but for a long time i can't use
Hot_Key in Razor to set my Special Abilitys , no meter what the
waipon i hold in my hand after trying to use special abilitys i see
messages like i try to use wrestling , basicaly like my hand is empty .
- "You prepare to use Disarm"
- "You prepare Paralise"

I use standart UO hot keys and this is work good , but still
whona razor to do this . My english not so good , sorry .
