Is their a way or option on razor to show how a timer when you use bandages?

Double click (clean bandage%s%(0E21)
Wait for target
Exec: Target self
Pause 4.00 sec

to insert this pause , right click-> Special Constructs-> Insert Pause/Wait->Pause for : <you include here the time needed to heal>

Or you mean a timer for showing on the screen the time remaining to finish applying the bandage?

Putting {bandage} in the titlebar display box will show a timer when using the razor bandage self hotkey.
