Startup Crash - RunUO

On razor loadup, i select the shard i play on and press "okay" then the UO client itself crashes. Then razor gives an error and closes.

Now, i have tried reinstalling UO. Actually reinstalled UOML then UO Gold. Fully patched and razor patched. Got both .Net frameworks and every other requirement for razor.
